I tried it with a normal cycle but when completed the bottle is still full

I scraped of the sticker and bottle is still full after cycle, second time I twisted the cap and it is still full!! any ideas please@?

This says a pack of eight does it really have 8 cartridges seems very cheap

Definitely not possible! I paid about £4 for one! Double check the quantity before check out.
