Q: Is it good around crowded loud noise area? Is the headphone cord are the same length?

Not the same length and since it is not an earphone bud but a headset, you will get outside noise. The tradeoff is headset while having some outside noise - will keep you aware of your surroundings and are better for your ear canal in the long run. Hope this helps.

Q: Can you sleep in these, especially on your side? Has anyone had any experience with that?

I sleep with these every night. These are the first pair that I can do this with. I sleep on both sides and on my back. I do not notice them at all I would definitely recommend these for sleeping.

These headsets are powered by the device they are plugged into. They are not blue tooth headphones. So you will need to find out how long the device the headphones are plugged into battery lasts. Example: cell phone, external speaker, etc. I hope this information is helpful. I do have a set of Mpow Flame S Bluetooth Headphones Sports and the charge lasts between 5-6 hours. I did purchase the Mpow headset through Amazon.
