This brand was highly rated and I feel like when it is on it's effective at keeping the shoulders back and improving posture. My only con, and it's a pretty big one, is that it's difficult/impossible to tighten yourself when it's on your back. The angle of the tighening straps are behind you and no arm can move in a reverse 90 degree angle to tighten it meaning it requires a second person to tighen it and properly align the device. My wife is happy to help but I'd rather have one that I can put on myself.
