18/10 Stainless Steel Silverware Set for 12, 60 Piece Black Flatware Set

UPDATE REDUX: The seller responded to my updated review and replaced the entire set for me. Increasing my review back to 5 stars! Customer service is sometimes everything! UPDATE: Well, after a few more weeks, we have noticed rust appearing on the edges of the knives and the bowls of the spoons. Not at all happy about this. This is NOT an inexpensive set! Reducing my review to 2 stars. I was counting on this set to be used for years. Some of the rust was able to be removed, but as you can see with the spoon, it's not just a few small spots, it's a lot. Beautiful, classic and stylish. This set has some good weight to the pieces, but is not overly heavy. The handles are easy and comfortable to grip. We have only had them for a few weeks, but they are holding up well - even in the dishwasher. For the look, feel and quality, they were worth the prices and a very good value. Do note that the bowls of the spoons are on the large size, so they might not be a good fit for younger or small children to use.

Great set for the money! Who aside from me despises the ever evolving cheaply made poor mouth feel silverware of today. This has only gotten worse since Covid came and went. I wish restaurants could go back to serving with flatware like this…I think this is 18/10-check that- it has good feel in your mouth and the weight is good too. The knives are surprisingly sharp. Fork sizes are just right. No rough hard edges, the spoons and fork have smooth rounded edges. The spoons- well they are big ones. This set does not have a traditional teaspoon size spoon, just big and bigger. I did a little reading an apparently this is from a European mold. So be it. The sets just fine and I have not missed the teaspoons. If you serve high tea and require a true teaspoon size it would be an issue. The 8 piece set is the minimum for me, I wish this came in a 12 piece set. I have very hard water and I do take care to rinse these well before going in the dishwasher. Fingerprint and smudges can show up but are easily wiped away with a dishcloth. If your dishwasher doesn’t have a good detergent or you drip dry you may see water marks depending on your water and washing method. This set looks good at a place setting on a table and guests will appreciate the quality. (They might even take them home:)! Overall this set is a gem and hard to find this quality in this price range. It’s a good deal .

They arrived at my house on a wet soggy day, in perfect condition. I discovered I needed silverware about a week ago when two forks of my 5 piece set for 8 went missing. Yeah, right before Thanksgiving! We are going to have 8 for dinner 🥘 and obviously, needed a new set for TG! Now, the set I had was a setting for 12. I’ve had it for years, probably close to 25 years. It was a gift from my Mom. I’m not getting rid of them. But they are “Out of circulation” in a box where I can get to them if needed. This new set is really, really nice. I specifically wanted a set 18/10 stainless steel because they wear the best. These are shiny, hefty and it feels good — this isn’t a silver set, which are incredibly heavy, but these KINGSTONE Branded, Teardrop set are really nice. I am not disappointed! Thank you for having these at such a great price!

Bought it for my daughter's birthday. She needed a good set of silverware. It is exactly as pictured. We love it! The only problem I have is in the description it says it has teaspoons but it does not come with teaspoons it infact comes with dessert spoons instead of teaspoons. Doesn't bother me enough to return them but I was looking for a set that had teaspoons and not desserts spoons. Dessert spoons are bigger. So that's why only 4 stars.

I’m very happy with the silverware. It is just the right size and weight that I was hoping for. Not super heavy but definitely not lightweight. It feels like good quality silverware. I have been using these for several months and I put them in the dishwasher daily and have never had a problem. I have not seen any rust and the color is exactly as shown and it has not changed at all. We live in an area that our water is very bad and it was ruining my previous flatware with every wash and this seems to be sturdy and strong and are horrible water does not seem to affect the quality or look or anything of this flatware.

Great silverware. Put in dishwasher and comes out spotless. Has a really great feel to it.

Steak Knives really make this set stand out from other similar sets. They are extremely sharp and attractive, making them a wonderful choice for extreme carnivores. Would be nice to purchase these separately as well though. The overall weight of and thickness of each item reassures one that they won't bend when ploughing into hard ice cream etc. All the cutler except knives are stamped 18/10 and they are confirmed to be so with a magnet test. The knives are similar confirmed 18/0 and have attractive branding "Kingstone" on the blades. Overall very happy, so much so we've ordered another set.

We have been using them now for a few weeks. The quality is excellent and they are holding up perfectly while being used by teenagers. I'm really impressed with this set.

I love how the fork feels in my mouth as I use it. Does that sound weird? It’s smooth and tapered just right! The big spoons have a deeper bowl than I expected but that’s great for soup. The salad forks and teaspoons are quite big and could be used as regular sized utensils! This set washes great in the dishwasher. We are very pleased with it!

So far so good. No markings from dishwasher. Little heavy but I'm not mad about that. No rust. Pretty pattern.

Good for the price. I wish they were a bit heavier but overall good.
