Tastyle Mini Single Serve Hot and Iced Coffee Maker for K Cup and Ground

This review is for the Taystyle Store Single Serve Hot and Iced Coffee Maker, One Cup Coffee Machine for K Cup and Ground, 6 to 14 Oz Brew Sizes, with Recipe Book, PurpleI followed the instructions to clean the unit before making any coffee in it, then made my first cup of coffee using a K cup. The unit made the coffee fast and hot. I like that it includes a filter so I can make my own loose ground coffee without having to buy the pods. The mesh on the filter seems a bit fragile. The mesh is loose and wavy, but maybe that will actually make it more sturdy if too much pressure is accidentally applied to it. Maybe.For the current $39.99 price, this unit works surprisingly well. The plastic does seem a little inexpensive, but it functions well so at that price, I have no complaints. The purple color is kind of a greyish purple and not outwardly purple.

Took a long time to get to me but when it did it arrived intact. Nice deal for a coffee maker. Slim space saving design. Like that it comes with an adaptor and just can use any coffee.You will have to just pour the amount of water you want in there and account for some water loss due to the grounds so there is a science in determining that.I don’t like the fact that it doesn’t have a drip tray as you can see with our white countertops it’s a hassle to keep that clean. The color is different, unique in that you have options to not go with boring black.Overall, if you are in a pinch this is a good option especially for those households that only drink a couple of cups a day. If you have the time, I would hold out on a Black Friday deal and perhaps get a name brand one at the same price.

This coffee maker is about as straight forward as it gets. There're just a couple of buttons. Add water, add coffee, press button, that's it. This is a personal, single cup coffee maker. It works for me, because that's what I want, I want a basic, space saver, single cup coffee maker for my office and this serves the purpose. I like that I can use prepackaged kcup or straight ground. All in all happy with this unit.

However, it feels a bit flimsy and plasticky, and I’m not totally confident it’ll hold up long term. Also, adding water each time is a little annoying, especially during rushed mornings. Love the purple color and compact size! I’m also really happy that you can choose either a hot or cold drink. Functions as described with easy to use features. Brews a nice mug of coffee—great taste and no leakage. Good value for space saving!
