The dispenser works really well in keeping water hot for an outdoor concession stand that has limited electrical outlets. When filled with boiling water, the dispenser will keep the water hot enough to use for hot chocolate/Cup of Noodles for at least 5 hours, often longer if it is warm outside. It is easy to transport and carry as well. I did have an issue with it tipping in my car and customer service was very prompt and helpful with addressing the issue. Would highly recommend this product.

We used this for a hot chocolate bar for teacher appreciation before Christmas break, and it was perfect. The dispenser kept the hot chocolate warm for hours without scorching, and the spigot worked smoothly the entire time! It looks very professional and holds a large amount, which was ideal for a school setting with lots of people coming through. Super easy to clean afterward and sturdy enough to feel high-quality. I would absolutely use this again for staff events, parties, or catering. Highly recommend!

This is nothing more than a giant thermos. It will only hold heat if the water is already boiling hot. If you don’t have a way to heat the water before you put it in it is useless.

Both dispensers broke within 2 months. The legs are cheap plastic and on one of them the entire bottom collapsed. On the other the top part of the brim chipped
