They work as should

I needed a shoe that I could slip on and off for yardwork. I wanted to be able to hose them off if they got muddy. These are really easy to slip on and off and also very comfortable, nice arch support & cushion. I wear a women's size 10 and they were true to size, I always wear socks. The only drawback is that they are heavy. In a way this is probably a plus because the soles are very substantial in case you step on anything sharp.

These shoes are really really nice for gardening.They are very sturdy and well made.These shoes are comfortable right out the box and true to size.I wore little no-show cotton socks as I didn't really want the rubber against my skin( the top of my feet ) for long periods of time and these shoes were the perfect fitwith the socks as well.I like the coral-pinkish color.I would recommend these shoes for anyone looking for a muck shoe.

The back seams ripped after wearing the shoes 3 times. Picture was sent to the Mfg. If you look on their website on all of the complaints this is a well known issue. It was about 1 1/2 months since the amazon purchase so I could not return for a refund. I contacted Lehigh Outfitters (the seller on Amazon) and they said I had to call Rocky Brands (mfg) for an exchange as there was a 1 year warranty from defects. Rocky Brands owns Lehigh Outfitters and the Original Muck Boot Company. Rocky Brands reviews of this shoe were the same issue as mine so I decided to try an exchange for a different product. There were only about 4 products to choose from. I did not like any but did pick one as I had no choice. They sent me a return label but I had to drive 10 miles to the Fedex to send it back to them. I received the other pair and they neglected to tell me it runs at least 1 size large so these are unwearable. I contacted them again and they said they would send me a return label and exchange for another pair. The return label never came. I am not stuck with shoes that do not fit and am being told to call them again.The fault is that the company knows the shoes are defective, use one of their stores under a different name to sell these shoes on Amazon. Customer service is non existent and they state the purchase was not through them, it was through Amazon, but Lehigh Outfitters is the same company.Shame on this company for not offering a refund, selling defective shoes that I have sent back and I never received my money back for the purchase. The shoes that are to large will need to be donated.

I was very happy putting these on! I could get them ON! Women's size 12! A true size 12! Ample room for my sport socks! And a Great SOLE…just heavy enough to feel your foot is protected tromping around your yard. I can water my many gardens and my feet are staying dry and I’m stable on my feet on wet grass, mud, mulch, etc! Love them!!!

Nice shoes but huge. Dont size up. Size down unless you plan on wearing thick wool socks

I ordered these for myself but they were a bit too small. I intended on sending them back but thy fit my sister and she loves them. I ordered another pair in black that I wear all the time. I am outside most of the day and they are great for walking, working, mud, etc.
