I ended up with the small (and I'm wearing size 6 in Target jeans, Small in Old Navy maternity leggings, if that helps!). I love the flexible support it offers. SO much more comfortable than big name brand tummy binder, which is so incredibly restrictive. My only complaint is that it does tend to bunch up at the bottom, irritating my c-section scar, so I can't wear it every day. I might think about upgrading to the support band leggings in the future to avoid this issue.The price might be discouraging BUT if you think about it in terms of a doctor's appointment or a physical therapy treatment, it makes more sense. Not that this band should replace either of those, but it should be considered as a serious part of your postpartum recovery. The quality seems nice, too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this.
