Avoid! Poor Quality!

I purchased this bag as part of Peak Designs Kick Starter. I finally received my bag on Monday this week, upon excitedly opening the box and checking the bag out, I discovered the expandable zip is jammed, the inner lining isn't correctly fitted causing it to bulge on one side and also come undone. Very poor quality. Peak Design customer service have ghosted me since I responded to their email requesting a video and pictures showing the problems. As a pro photographer, I have a lot of Peak Design products that I think are fantastic but this has left a sour taste in my mouth and I couldn't be more disappointed in Peak Designs customer service.
