Surprisingly high fidelity, varied uses
I'm really pleasantly surprised by the sound fidelity of this radio! It sounds better than my dear departed boombox (circa 2000-2025, RIP) and definitely way than the insingia brand one I bought for my mom a few years ago. I also really like that in addition to bluetooth, it also plays radio, cds and cassette tapes...yes, I'm a millennial and do have still have cds and sometimes run across a cassette when I'm digging through old stuff, so it's nice to have a cassette player around in the same way a vcr is sometimes useful. I also actually like that it runs off 6 C batteries (in addition to plugging it in): it's less convenient and the same tech my 25+ year old one used, but 25 years from now, I'm not sure a rechargeable battery would still be fully functional. My only complaint is that the power button is not very responsive and has to be pressed and held or pressed more than once to turn it on/off. It's not a huge deal but is annoying.I'm super satisfied with it overall, and it now lives in my office as my all-day radio companion!

Cant put a zero so have to give one star Damages every cassette installed. Cassette played on different player but when inserted in this player, it un-wind the tape destroying the cassette.

Even better sound quality & more features than the smaller boombox by the same company
I got both the smaller more compact version of the boombox and this larger version by the same company when they were offered in the Vine Program because I have two different places where I can use each of them. Not to mention the fact that these are portable and can go anywhere with you that you want to take them. Well, I don't have any cassette tapesanymore, so I couldn't test the audio quality for those but I do like the ability to play CDs and also use the Bluetooth feature for listening to podcasts or YouTube videos.I received the smaller version first and when I tested it both with the Bluetooth and with playing a high quality cd, I was blown away by the quality of the speakers and the sound considering how small and compact the cassette CD music player is. Also the radio andvreception sounds great. And I'm way out in the country with no radio stations anywhere close to me so the fact that it is picking up FM radio stations that are so far away with just this little antenna is impressive. The same is true for this larger version but the audio quality is even better than the smaller one. They both go up to level 30 on the audio but the overall frequency range of this larger one is better than the small one. Surprisingly the small one feels heavier than the large one although I'm not 100% sure that's true since I haven't weighed each of them.Another nice thing about this one and the smaller one is that when I'm playing a podcast or video on YouTube, the audio is synced exactly to the video on the screen that I'm watching. I have a set of high-end Bose bookshelf speakers in my kitchen that I have always used for listening to podcasts and watching the video on YouTube on my phone but it's always been frustrating with those bose speakers because the audio is never synced up with the video so there's always a lag of at least one to two seconds. I always thought the problem was with my phone Bluetooth not broadcasting the Bluetooth in sync with the video but it turns out it's the Bose speakers themselves that are creating the syncing issue. These much less expensive portable boomboxes sink with the audio perfectly every time! And the sound quality is just as good as the Bose speakers except for the fact that those are two separate speakers so the stereo quality is better with those because they're separated by a good distance. On these boomboxes you don't get that kind of separation of the left and right speakers because they're only a few inches apart. Nonetheless, for the quality of sound, the portability of these, the fact that the radio reception is phenomenal, and the sound quality for playing cds, podcasts, YouTube videos, and radio is very good, certainly not audiophile quality but very good considering the size, I highly recommend both this larger form factor in the smaller one. This larger one though does have better sound quality.Oh and I just made a discovery! With my Samsung phone, I can sync up my Bluetooth on two different devices at a time because I paired with both the large Boombox and the small one and that way I can get a stereo effect with the two boomboxes in the same room separated just like my b o s e speakers. I didn't even know I had that feature on my phone!Oh and another feature of the large one is that it has Auto tuning capability where the smaller one is manual tuning. So this one you can go through all of the radio channels with the single push of a button and it will save them to Memory when it gets a strong enough signal. So that's a nice automatic feature of this larger one. For whatever reason both the large and small one are the same price point at this point in time even though the large one seems to be a much better quality system.

Lots of Versatile Choices... But....could use a sound boost
Very recently I was playing with an old LP Record Player with my son and thought heck if I ever wanted to listen to my older Cassettes of conversations with my Dad and family what could I use? . I ran across this as an option to give an honest review. When we received it we appreciated the great packaging and initially amazed with all of the Jam Packed Opportunities. After plugging it in and Putting Batteries in the remote, I first wanted to set up bluetooth since these days that's the first one thinks of. The set up was quick and easy. Then using the remote we chose FM radio. This unit ironically was already set to a local FM station and music began to play. I was impressed with the reception since we hadn't pulled the antenna out yet.It was fun explaining to my 12 year old about how the older "Boom Boxes" worked and how you need to be careful with antenna's so they don't break. The AM stations came in just as well as the FM crisp and clear. I inserted a "Jackson Browne CD" and it worked just fine. Bluetooth also works well as does the cassette. That being said, the area where I believe this unit fall behind in in the actual Sound. The sound has more Treble than Bass so it mirrors the sound of the older transistor radios...kind of "Tinney" But Let me tell you why I gave it Four Stars! This is a very functional unit and I don't believe the manufacturer wanted to win sound awards but to emulate a bit of electronic history and merge newer technology to add Value. But I believe the value will be the ability to revisit Cassettes, CD's, and Radio. But then again, I'm a Vintage kinda guy.
