Abdolutely awesome! I previously used hoover hard floor cleaner and always had issues with the water output and overall cleaning. We have two dogs, three cats, and no more fur floating around..... This combo mop/vac is amazing. Not only does it vaccuum and mop at the same time, it cleans itself and dries! We bought a refurbished one from this company and received it in a couple of days... well worth the money!!!

I was 1/2 skeptical on how much better it would be than my Irobot mop and our steamer, but the wife needed something quicker and easier to use than the iRobot mop and Steamer. We used it the first day and was surprised how much dirt it was able to pick up since we had done our normal iRobot mop and steamer so we were not expecting much to be had. After the amount it was able to get we were shocked and although we keep the house clean, we are still surprised every time just how much it can get. The self cleaning mode and drying morale are nice to have and has cut the maintenance time down dramatically from the other 2 options we had. Would highly suggest it to anyone.

This sellers sucks- do not buy. I purchased a product on black Friday and product never arrived. I had to contact them many times and I finally got the product 1 month later. The product is faulty and was not working and then completely went black after 1 use. I sent this seller 20 messages and they barely respond. I am Unable to ship back as The product is not booting up and doesn’t allow to disassemble. I have reached out many times and no word . This has been the worst. Stay away!

Where have you been all my life Narwal?! Oh my goodness this vacuum & Mop all in one swipe machine is so great, I’m gonna name her Rachael. (If I would have borne a daughter in my younger days, I would’ve named her Rachael.). So far I’ve used mama’s little helper twice. It was very easy to assemble. I bought a refurbished Narwal and it was packed like it came from the factory, it seems in perfect condition though it’s still new to me. I charged it to 100%, filled the soap dispenser, then the water container and off we went mopping without having to sweep or vacuum first!!! What an easy way to clean my floors! It has a dirty water tank with a debris filter that is easy and almost satisfying to empty. It’s a real time and effort saver and cleans better than my old mop.

best hardwood floor cleaner I have used to date… and that is MANY! Over the last three years this the 4th vacuum mop I have purchased. I have given them all away except this one… this one does what it says, all the others were to light and not near the power of this one. The cherry on top is how this thing tells you what mode your in and if you need to add cleaner or water…or if you need to empty the dirty water tank… My search is over! This one is a KEEPER. :)

Where have you been all my life??? The Narwal S20 has streamlined my hard floor care and made homekeeping so much easier. Love that it vacs and mops in the same operation and takes all the pain out of cleaning a mop. My only suggestion would be that Narwal supports this excellent product by carrying the cleaning solution. Great, creative technology!
