Don't know. I plan to leave the velcro up for next summer. Just take down the screen. I love this screen. Works great.

Would this be able to keep cats safely in a outdoor porch? Like is the magnetic strip down the middle strong enough to not come apart if a cat jumped?

No I wouldn’t use this to keep your cats on a porch/garage. The magnetic strip is strong, but my street cats still are able to push it open to come in and eat when I feed them.

Can they be installed on inside of door and if so can garage door be closed with out removing screen thank you

No, can’t be installed inside garage door. Must be installed outside.
