This is suitable for a child. It's not as good as I expected it to be, rather cheap looking but it is just ok but it was described accurately by seller. I guess you get what you pay for. I intended it as a 1st communion gift, but it is a bit too cheesy to give for such an important occasion, so I'll keep it and find a better one to give.
