Excellent quality. The cable is strong and wrapped in a tight string. I made my own moon light and was able to hang it directly from the cable. It looks minimalistic and I love it.

I love these vintage Edison pendant light fixtures! We just finished our home remodel and have farmhouse/industrial decor in the main living spaces. I went to a home improvement store and found wire caged pendant lights, but they cost over $100 each! We used these pendant lights along with some clamp-on wire cages paired with Edison bulbs to re-create the look of the light fixture I liked at a MUCH more reasonable price {about $22 per fixture for pendant, wire cage plus an LED bulb!}. I am thrilled with the look and quality of these! They're very easy to trim to whatever length cord you need. I bought this so I could hang a grow light over one of my plants. I will say it works perfectly for what I’m using it for. Install was easy enough. The cord is nice and long! My only complaint is when I pulled it out of the box the wire portion of it wasn’t as flexible/bendy/loose as I would want it to be. The cord is hard to flatten/straighten out and it hasn’t fallen with time (about 3 months) so you have to line up where it hangs with the creases present. I would suggest putting in the effort to straighten it out before hanging. That being said, I do love the look of it and it works perfectly for what I needed it to. It also works on a timer outlet which was important for me.

Much nicer than expected! The canopy is a good size and will cover a standard hole. The cord looks like an old-fashioned cloth covered cord. The whole thing is sturdy. One reviewer said it was not matte black and looked cheap and silvery. Not at all true. I don't know what happened with that person's order, but the one I got is very nice and doesn't look cheap at all. It's matte black. Solid black. As for the cord not being straight, it is shipped coiled, so of course it's going to be a little bent in places. Just unbend it. It's wire. It's not going to look like a pole, but it's fine. I'm using it to hang a fixture that has some weight, so it will straighten out more over time. The cord is long enough to give you options, too. Very good buy and great price. I may purchase another one just to have it on hand in case I want to make another pendant light.

These lights are fabulous. I had an old, totally unsafe sconce near my bed that needed to be taken out (that explains the huge patched area in progress in my pic). Anyway, I wanted two lights on either side for reading and didn’t want to actually wire for them. These were super affordable, simple and gorgeous. I love that I can move them around at will or switch the look with different decorative bulbs. The sleek look is a great pop of fun in this old historic house. My only issue is really minor. I don’t love how close the switch is to the actual plug. Wish there was more slack. You have to have a plug very nearby or you’ll need an extension cord. Otherwise, you can’t reach the switch.Overall though, fabulous buy. I’ll probably order the teal color for another room.
