Wanna waste days of time? Buy this then.....It's like Candycrush, days can be lost to it... but it is not fun or entertaining.... just frustrating.I tried... I wasted days of time... but it kept sucking. I am pretty tech savvy.. so I did not give up on this without a fight.reset camera a number of times and kept trying to get it to work.... used all the apps ( iphone and PC based).. but no progress.emailed tech support... that was useless... no help.. just broken English responses.Some of it does work:I can get it to save video on some reliability to FTP.... BUT, you cannot view the files saved to FTP... nice, as it turns out the h.264 files the camera creates are encrypted( which is nice... but not if you can't get to them from iphone app or open them without converting to avi with supplied software..I can get it to save video and images to SD by selecting it manually in the the Mobile App they give you-by selecting the feed manually and then choosing save.... but that kind defeats the point of a security camera.... when alarms don't work an you have to sit there monitoring for activity yourselfonce in a while the alarms would trigger and send to some cloud based location viewable from the CamHi software that is not disclosed ... ( where is it saving these?... these random files only accessible from the mobile App... and the files show up unpredictably... sometimes days later....sigh... wish I had my weekend back.It's kinda like Candycrush( as far as time wasting) but not fun.

Either this camera is hard to set up, or I’m too stupid to figure it out. I even tried sending an email, which they assured us would solve everything. Got no response. Sent back.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The video quality of this security camera is really good. It is very clear and clearly show my front door whoever pass by. I had trouble connecting to my WiFi and I need to go on their website to download a manual inorder for it to connect. After that the set up was pretty easy and I can check on my phone to monitor my house. The price is very good too.

Bought this for my parents place. Installing the micro SD was a bit of a struggle only because of the tiny screws. I would recommend using a magnetic screwdriver (its only two screws). The app is fairly easy to use and setting up the camera was quick. Video quality is good for the price.

Also it has sensitive motion detection and in seconds you get email notifications if someone moves in front of the camera. I really recommend it.
