Easy to use and easy to clean. Nothing sticks to it, the pan heats quickly, the material is approximately 4 mm thick but light weight. It has a glass cover through which you can view the cooking process. It uses minimal amounts of oil or butter to fry eggs, stir fry veggies or anything else. A great pan for anyone who is interested in creating heart healthy meals.

This is a Great Skillet. Beautiful color and love the wooden handle and the high sides. It is truly non stick (food just slides right out) and easy to clean. Not too great for searing though but I have other pans for that. Good investment and would buy again. Highly recommend.

I had come to dread doing any kind of pan frying because even with oil, everything stuck on so bad and cleaning the pans was a nightmare. Time for a new pan! So glad I bought this one!! It's very light, a fried egg slides around and I was even able to effortlessly brown my tofu in it. Clean up is easy; I use a soft rag or sponge and it cleans with minimal effort. It's also beautiful to look at! I love the taupe color along with the creamy porcelain interior. Beautiful! Gorgeous! Will order more!!

The pan seem to be sturdy and works very well. I preheated it on level 4 and the pan heated up fast. I didn't have any issues with hot spots and nothing stuck to it. It was a ease to clean.

Love this brand of cookware. I took a chance a while back and purchased their larger, deep skillet and loved it. I plan on continually buying this brand. Made well, sturdy, cooks evenly and the weight is evenly distributed between the handle and pan.
