Good product

Last year, before I was laid off, I used the liquid form for my MS. I noticed a difference within days. I felt more energy, less pain, clearer thinking. I haven’t felt anything CLOSE with the capsules. I hope they can sell the liquid form again, soon.

My doctor told me about this for nerve pain. She also prescribed Gabapentin and said I had permanent nerve damage. After reading up on both medications I decided to go with the R Lipoic Acid. I take 1 pill each night, no more tingling, pins and needles in my feet, legs, arms and legs. There are cheaper products out there that do not work, this Stablized ALA actually gets into your system and relieves the issue.

I pleased with the potency & purity aspects of R Alpha Lipoic Acid also affordable of this product. However, I prefer it did not have rice flow agent but this is not but this not major issue not major issue here. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing it!!!

I think this may be helpful.. But, every day I gag trying to swallow these huge capsules. I can take a handful of small pills. However, large ones are difficult. I wish manufacturers would realize this and strive to produce smaller capsules and pills. I just don’t know if I can face tasking these every day.
