Good Quality
Like many others who might be reading this review, I had to make some changes to my life to get over tennis elbow. I took time off from the gym and tennis, changed my racket to one that is less stiff, got softer strings, and looked into arm sleeves for tennis elbow pain. I landed across this sleeve that I thought could be multi-purpose; I could use this to both play tennis and for weight lifting.I followed the instructions in the image, measuring 4 inches above the elbow and came out to 14", which is in the middle of the XXL range (13.5"-15"). For 14" arms, I think the fit is pretty good.I like the material that the sleeve itself is made out of, feels high quality and the compression is very good. As for the sleeve, the velcro is quite strong; maybe a little too strong, because there is fraying in the loops it sticks to. I've only had this for a month, but I know I'll have to use the lifetime warranty in the future.I also own the Mava Sports Elbow sleeves, which are way more cost effective, but they seem like they're more for everyday wear because the material is softer and they don't offer as much compression. When I'm doing heavy lifting or playing tennis, the Venom Strapped Elbow Sleeve is the one I wear.Overall, the sleeve worked together with the changes I made and I can continue to enjoy the activities I used to without being out of commission for days at a time.

Good for stabilization
This is good if you’re not doing any activity while wearing it. The compression is nice, but it makes it difficult to use it for upper body purposes.

Wheres the second one?
Not the best fit but works okay; but my main message to other buyers is, you'll receive one wrap for the price noted, not 2l; They leave that fact out of the description, a bit deceptive to me!

It's an alright brace
I received the compression sleeve/brace a couple days ago and I wore it around the house for about 2 hours. Initially I was optimistic about this product. It was elastic enough that I could get it up my arm, but compressive enough that it felt like it was doing its job.Today, I wore it for the first time while working out. I lift reasonably heavy weight and I was noticing what feels like tendonitis in my tricep/elbow area. What I liked was that I could tell it provided a good amount of compression and it also helped warm up the joint, but what I didn't like was that the elastic strap that wraps around your arm to keep the sleeve in place kept sliding down. I made sure to size the sleeve based off their sizing chart. The sleeve itself stays in place, but the velcro band moved on me. While this is slightly annoying because I had to keep adjusting it, the worst was that I could feel the velcro rubbing against my forearm as it slid down.I feel like this sleeve would either be better without the velco elastic band or if they could figure out how to keep the band from sliding down. I'll probably keep using it, but I might have to cut off the velcro band...

Fits nicely
Not bad. Top wants to roll down from time to time but most times it stays put. Fits well just the right amount of compression.

Velcro is too strong
It's nearly impossible to get off! I had to pull the strap off from around my arm and then take the sleeve off.I read in other reviews about the velcro being too strong.. Now I understand what they are talking about. You need two hands to take the velcro off the sleeve. No joke! It's nice to have secure velcro but this is ridiculous. It made the sleeve look like it's been used for years after ONE use. I can only imagine how long it will last. Meaning, how long will it take for it to no longer stick?Other than that, it is comfortable to wear. I wish it had pressure pads on the top and bottom like my other brand. But that brand only offers a medium, so it's not comfortable for long time wearing. I ordered a large and it's comfortable and not restricting.Would I order this again? Probably not.

Golfer's elbow (but not golfer's score) improved
I was fighting some painful golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis). My so-called friends blamed it on my incorrect swing plane. Knowing that this misguided analysis could, in no conceivable way, be the cause of my discomfort, I found some new friends and bought this brace. I had played two weeks in a row with a standard, drug store, tennis-elbow brace, cinched up to put pressure on the medial side where I needed it. Nevertheless (and despite my perfectly on-plane takeaway and follow-through) I could not finish either round. I took two weeks off, iced the area every night, did some wrist curls and stretching, and then began to wear the Venom Strapped Elbow Brace Compression Sleeve all day to help support the elbow for a week before I attempted to play again. I found it was very comfortable to wear all day, and the compression strap provided the right amount of pressure to the impact area. My pain gradually subsided enough that I attempted to play again. I warmed up with short shots at the range one day and played a full 18 holes the next with no noticeable discomfort. And, having the perfect swing that I do, I didn't really even realize I had it on. I would have rated it a 6 instead of a 5 but , sadly, it didn't lower my handicap. Perhaps the next version....Anyway, my new friends were just happy I could play and that they could beat me, and they promised not to mock my swing ever again. Would recommend and will probably buy again.
