I LOVE the flavor of these packets! They’re not too sweet but definitely have an awesome strawberry flavor. I like to use these the night of / the day after drinking. They definitely help me to feel “normal” after drinking. In a pinch, they’ve helped me lose the “hungover” feeling after drinking just one. I also like using these to get in my hydration on a normal day because I really don’t like to drink plain water. I know – weird. My only complaint is the price. I think they’re a bit on the pricier side.

They are really good to hydrate you but they are pricey.

I love that these are single use packets, whereas a large bottle of pedialyte is 2-3 servings and I hate having to stop myself a certain point. These taste great and help me stay hydrated throughout the Florida summer.

Very expensive but does what we need it to do for us. We are looking for a cheaper solution but for now are fully satisfied with the quality and taste of the pedialyte advanced care plus electrolyte powder. Four Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

As someone who is dehydrated all of the time no matter how much water I consume, I have to say that these little packets are life savers. Usage Tip: I split each dosage into 3 equal parts and take one part per day with a full cup of water. If I am in pain from the hydration I take 2 or 3 parts in a day spaced out like meals. These have changed my life for the better, as well as several clients and friends who also suffer dehydration symptoms even though they eat generally well and drink more than average water consumption. I just wish they didn't make the product with dyes. :/ Hope this helps those who would normally reach for sea salt water or Gatorade. Pedialyte has lots of sodium and potassium, but less calories and less sugar than Gatorade. This is a much better alternative for quick replenishment of resources. @ Abbott Laboratories : Please make a dry powder Pedialyte line without dyes using monk fruit for the sweetener and honest plant-derived flavors (blueberry would be a winner across the board). You will truly take the natural product wave by storm.

Im pregnant and started having muscle cramps. Gatorade has more than double the sugar and I can't do sugar free. I like that this doesn't have added vitamins or b12 like other drinks. At first it was too salty so I doubled the water. It tastes great on ice and is the only thing that helps with muscle cramps even after increasing my calcium and magnesium. Seems pricey, but worth it.

We are not fond of the taste. It has a bitter-sweet taste (If that makes sense) and we prefer the strawberry over the berry. HOWEVER, we take these on vacations with us to avoid headaches from hangovers and dehydration from traveling. It is a godsend. We put one package in a bottle of water, shake well and drink up (1 pack the night after drinking and 1 pack when you get up in the morning). We also use at the home when someone has a fever, diarreah or vomiting to hydrate.

I have potassium definicey so I've been using "Gatorade" to help me cope with the heat and lack of potassium in my system . The problem is the salt in Gatorade and that kind of sport drink wasn't good for me. This is easy to put a bit into a regular glass of water, or bottle, and not get the dehydrated feeling. I keep them in my purse, car, or handy places so they're always available. I won't be without this anymore. Very tasty and I dilute it down so I get twice the bang for my buck but still get the health benefit.
