I never got it. Iam not understanding why its supposed to be sent to a friend. What did I wrong? Iam confused i talked to amazone and they changed the shipping address and will arrive on 29th or 30. My brother ordered on and it came the next day.

FEELS WHEN IN PAIN AT MY DESK

I used many brands over the years and wore them all out. I use mine every day so depending on the strength of the material over the massage heads they can wear out from 6 months to a year. This brands material lasted about a year with constant use. I finally figured out how to use heavy iron on jean patch material to fix worn holes to get more life out of the massager unit. So my 1st one is still going, its just about a 1 1/2 years old. As for this massager its nothing fancy. It doesn't hit your neck but get up pretty high and goes down to low back, 2 speeds, heat, and a vibrating seat cushion. Why they don't sell replacement covers is beyond me...

This massage unit is wonderful! Portable (the best!!!), charges up easily and all the options rotate and provide shiatsu massage (sometimes you just get vibration). I like the heat option as well. It's up to you to position yourself on it correctly to get the right spots, but it still works when you lean on it and doesn't struggle, which is better than other units I've had!

Very beautiful product. Easy to use. One star off because of the placement of the buttons and could have been improved by using a remote control. Eases tension for us ladies during our time of the month. It can be used in any parts of the body

It’s really convenient to be able to use it anytime and anywhere due to it being battery powered. I originally bought this for my shoulder but it wouldn’t reach the area I wanted it to reach. However it really helped to soothe the muscles in my back after you’ve been bending over working on things for a while. My wife tried it and she liked it as well so we decided not to send it back, instead I ordered their neck massager to use on my shoulder. It worked out great. See separate review on it

Wish it came with a remote and was a little more powerful but love the product otherwise.
