Really helped within half an hour, soothed my stomach cramps and helped me get to sleep, much better than a water bottle. It stays hot for hours and hours, only used two for abdominal and back pain and it’s really helped. Just peel and stick over thin layer of clothing and you’re good to go. Really good for the price if you suffer with bad cramps.

They are very good but be careful not to let it touch your skin as it leaves a mottled area on your skin but are good value for money

Hi only just got them to day and am really pleased with them I used for my upper tummy as I got gastro problems and found heat was very good for the pain so was looking for some pads so I did not have to carry hot water bottle made up They don’t go on the skin & I like that so just I ordered other box and I put it on a 11 clock only just removed it As am going to bed and it was still warm. Definitely would recommend this product.

Easy to use, provides pretty good pain relief although wish it could be hotter but lasts for a long time. Will definitely buy again.

Love them. Can wear for 24 hours. Don't expect them to be warm when you first put them on or to notice them much. I feel them giving out heat more in the night or when getting dressed after the bathroom.

Not as long lasting or as consistent as another brand I bought on here.

Not even one star for, ruined my life these … Can’t share photo or video as it’s to gross to awful to share But I got 2nd degree burns from this purchase.. leaving me with nasty painful scares after … I’m still cleaning and trying to care of my two big burns I had across my belly … I put this ontop of my clothing yet still caused me two big burns blisters …. If there is a way I can email the seller and get refund please do I’m very upset now DO NOT BUY
