Q: Will this work for am/fm/ssb cb set up ?

Yes it is, however it is a lot less flexible than other grades of 50 ohm coax, so a lot depends on where you are routing it and how much flexibility you need. On 27 MHz you don’t need to really worry about losses in the coax, especially on such a short length, so you could happily go with the lower grades that are a lot more flexible and cheaper. If you plan to use it for 144 MHz later then yes spend the extra now
