Chair is damage and wrong item and color
First they send me wrong color, 2nd wrong item, 3rd the Chair is Damage the apolstery, 4th low Quality, 5th lots of missing items. Dont buy this one

Worth it for this price. But color is darker than pictures. Who dissatisfied for quality, buy other chairs for 2k

missing accessories
The product delivered is missing the footrest, I am not very satisfied, if possible please send me back the footrest

Very bad service
Several parts are missing, and the package did not include any screws needed for assembly. There was also no instruction manual or guidebook provided. Because of these missing items, I’m unable to assemble or use the chair.
