Will these work with clipless pedals?

These shoes will work with platform pedals or clipless pedals (or those with a clip or cleat, which has always baffled me why they are called clipless!). The shoes have a removable pad where the cleat will go (provided by your pedal manufacturer) that is easily removed for a cleat or left in place for a platform pedal.

Are they comfortable on walking ?

Amazingly they are comfortable. I have wide feet, 10E is what I normally wear. The adjustability of the Velcro system/ratcheting straps is a plus. The key would be is the break in process. I used it around the house/ yard. I had several clipless systems like Sidi,specialized. I was surprised with this pair, for the price? I’d say it’s a real good purchase.
