The Sun Fiber used in Healthy Origins healthy fiber is a water-soluble dietary fiber derived from Guargum and contains approximately 6 grams of dietary fiber per spoon (7.5 grams). The Galactmannan contained in Guargum (Guar Beans) has excellent inflation and supports good bacteria, so it is recommended for dieting and crisp support. Hydrolyzed guar gum is one of the best types of fiber for people with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), and has actually improved my results of prescription drug treatment for SIBO compared to prescription drug treatment alone. Cons: The product tub is too narrow for my hands. I feel like I have pretty average-sized hands. But yeah, those last few scoops exfoliate off a layer of my skin cells as I'm pulling them awkwardly out of the container, haha. if the container were a half inch wider in diameter, this product would be perfect. And at 17.09 on S&S, it's a better deal on desertcart than anywhere else I've seen it for sale, even when discounted. Review: I continue to buy this excellent product which was first "prescribed" to me by a naturopath. It works well and is undetectable in smoothies, coffee and juice or water as long as you don't let it sit too long.

As promised-no smell and taste. Dissolves in water easily. Very effective particularly if your diet lacks sufficient fibers

the powder is very chunky. it doesn't dissolve easily like the others do. and it doesn't seem to work for digestion. generally a waste of money. i agree with the other 1 star reviews. it might have been a bad batch so i order another one to be sure. same problem! give me a refund!!!!!!
