Loved the product. Simple to use and very convenient. The only trouble i faced was that my main door was not very thick. This was sorted out by the installer. The product itself is excellent. It combines a key, triple lock system, safety lock, number lock and fingerprint. All within 10k. Superb.

The product is nice. It is very awesome. Value for money. Excellent safety features. But when you call the costumer care for free installation you should have patience of about two, three days then only the person comes to your doorstep, but overall service is good. The person who installed the lock was also good person. Thankyou Valencia

I have no complaints with regards to the product which is working fine. I had to order replacement as the first product was tampered with seal.However, the installation was a big hassle. I had to create 3 tickets to get this installed. The installation person has poor knowledge about the product so demo was a myth. He just told me to add my fingerprint and told me how to use cards. It took 3 hours to install this key. No other information has been provided.Company has to seriously think about customer care department as it’s absolutely hassle. They will just give some random numbers and ask us to reach out to them. However those numbers won’t get picked up. Such a poor system in cities like Bangalore, imagine the other cities.
