This flour has a fine texture, is fresh and is a wonderful addition to my multi-floured gluten free bread. This brand has been consistently great. I don't hesitate to recommend this flour.

The only thing I have found to make treats that are soft and chewy.
I make my own dog training treats. Using this tapioca flour allows the treats to be soft and chewy with no crumbling, a must for training treats. I was very glad to be able to buy these in a larger quantity as I was buying single bags at the grocery store and I go through a lot of treats. Better price and I find this brand to be good quality.

Bobโs Red Mill tapioca flour is sweet and great for thickening. I love how this package is resealable. It works amazing for Brazilian masa balls. Buying the 4-pack of 16 oz here saves me a trip to the store, which saves money.
