2 x PAIRS TR90 Bendable, Flexible Reading Glasses Quality Lenses, Super-lite with 13 Lens Strengths RG9

Having been thoroughly let down, following cataract ops almost two years ago, by two major high-street optician chains, I now go for off-the-shelf reading glasses. These are an amazing bargain, and they work very well for close reading. It's too early to tell how durable they are, but there again, I've got two pairs for the price of one. The lenses are of course cheap plastic, and they need careful cleaning, but at this price why carp?

These are my everyday glasses, as I have more expensive reading glasses. Because they are so cheap, they are perfect for everyday use and I have had the same 2 pairs for a long time. They are plastic, so they are very light and comfortable,, and because they are so inexpensive they are more expendable than prescription frames. I have preferred them to my expensive prescription glasses due to their lightness, and also due to the fact they are so cheap. When I get round to going to the opticians again, I will definitely get some more of these.

Unfortunately I have to buy reading glasses fairly regularly these days - they get left around and the cheap ones break etc.. and they are not always cheap.However I bought effectively 6 pairs of these for a little less than £18 including delivery, so that is actually less than 3 quid each.They are far better than other much more expensive ones I've bought so I have to say that I'm very happy with these. They are relatively resilient and although I've not had them for very long there have not been any breakages yet or any of them fall apart. If they do break, at 3 quid that's acceptable!They are also easy to wear and don't look silly on either!

The worst I’ve bought yet and I’ve been buying reading glasses for 5 years I went for an average price on here thinking it would be a safe bet as some were a lot cheaper the plastic lenses were were hazy even after a clean and the frames were the worst plastic material I’ve bought yet I would of expected this quality from. £1 shop

They are cheap and the they feel cheap. A lens popped out very easily and the lens struck me as fairly unsubstantial and plasticey, not solid and glassey like more expensive specs. they are what they are, cheap and cheerful. if you want better quality, pay more.

Fast delivery very light perfect.for anyone working outdoors as they feel as if they would withstand any dropping or slight crushing in pockets the prescription is fine glad I made the purchase

I bought these for use with my laptop and they are perfect for the job. Very comfortable and a nice fit being flexible. Great to have two pairs as I'm always mislaying reading glasses!

I've owned a previous couple of pairs for a couple of years now. Most other cheap glasses I've bought - costing up to £7 - have broken within six months: hinges, arms, bridges or lens coming out. These are light and flexible and have survived countless journeys in various pockets. That's why I reordered when I thought I'd lost a pair.
