I had to get a new computer due to my old dinosaur not being able to upgrade to Windows 11. I was due for one anyway and had been thinking on what I wanted in a new one. I am so glad I went with this All-in-One desktop. It was easy to set up, connected wirelessly to my sometimes-sketchy internet without a problem and is quick to turn on. I thought perhaps the monitor would be extra heavy since the entire computer is inside it, but it is actually lighter than my old 17" monitor that is only a monitor. The sound quality is great, and I like that I don't have to have speakers set up. The keyboard and mouse are of average quality. I am using my old wireless keyboard and mouse as I like a lighted keyboard and the one with the computer is not lit up. Probably the only thing that is difficult about this computer is using the USB slots as they are on the bottom of the monitor and it's tricky to see them to insert a USB. Luckily once things are inserted, there's not much reason to take them out and put them back in again. Overall, I am thrilled with this computer and would recommend it to anyone that is not very tech oriented (like me) as it was simple to set up and is awesome to work on.

This will do the job, and hopefully for years to come. That is until Microsoft sticks it to us again. I needed to purchase this to replace a three-year-old desktop that would not take to Windows 11. The screen on this new one is much larger, which I totally enjoy. I would say that as far as any cons to it they would be, #1 - Why on earth do these companies charge what they do for these systems and then toss in junk of the mouse & keyboard? They are wired! Not blue tooth! I have no intentions of using them. I plugged in my blue tooth mouse & keyboard and BOOM, ready to go! #2 - The camera does not hide. It is sitting on top of the screen just staring you down. Who knows who may be watching you! This required me to go back to the old fix of sticking a Post It over it. #3 - Be wary of the Microsoft Word upgrade. If you are like me and already have a subscription to Word you may want to make sure that you get that addressed with Microsoft. The program that comes with this system gives you a "trial try" of the new Word. After that you will be charged $9.99 a month for the service. I call Microsoft, explained my current subscription to them and had them assist me in getting that loaded for continued use. Just mentioning to not assume that it is something that will hit you when you don't expect it to. Some other reviewers mentioned how fast it is. Well, that depends on what program you pay for from your internet provider. Mine is not the top tier but it worked great before. Now there is a minor drag with certain programs.

Awesome computer, such an easy setup. Love the dearth of cables. I was amazed to see the entire desktop built into a small space in the back of the monitor. Thinking back to some of the luggables I used back in the 80s, the towering towers of the 90s ... now it all fits snug as a bug in a rug on the back of a monitor. The hardware and hookups gets a 5 Star, but the installation gets 2 Stars because of Microsoft's incessant pestering to use their products (One Drive, Edge, and all the rest). It is so annoying how the world's largest company (market cap) tries to trick its clients (yeah, we're Microsoft clients as we bought Win 11) into buying more from them. That may be why they are the world's largest - they deploy trickery and deceit. Fortunately, I've had to navigate away from their products from mulitple new PC installs, so got the Lenovo up and running and I love it! I should have bought one of these years ago (were they out years ago?). I especially love the integrated camera, mic, and speakers - I do a lot of Zoom, this will be ideal. Buy one, you won't regret it, at least until you manage the Microsoft chicanary.

I purchased this for my husband for emails and for buying, selling and trading his hobby interests. Works exactly as he needs it to and have had no problems at all. Set up was easy and fast.

worst computer and service ever experienced. My wife bought this computer in October 2025, 7months later the computer would not turn on, I tried 3 different chargers. I contacted Lenovo to get it repaired. To my surprised Lenovo informed me that this computer was sold in UAE and the warranty expired in July 2025. They said Lenovo U.S. could not help me because it was not sold in the USA. I thought my wife bought the damn computer in AMAZON U.S.A. I contacted the seller to get answers. Sellers responded saying that the computer had 1 year warranty and send it to their repair shop. I was skeptical about personal information in it. Seller assured me that it would be protected. In two days, seller communicated with me saying could not be fix and will refund only 50% and keep the other 50% restocking fee. I did not agree to it and tried to contact Amazon Customer Service for help. They kept sending messages to seller just to get a ridiculous response from seller. I kept mentioning to AMAZON customer SERVICE about making sure I would get my computer back. Toward the end of this issue seller responded to my request of 70% refund and getting my computer back. Seller issued a refund of 70% but does not want to return my computer. Something we never agreed in keeping the computer. I keep asking AMAZON to intervene in getting my computer back because all the important personal information in it. They are good for nothing enforcing rules and procedures to the sellers. I keep mentioning that for the seller to know that He is holding someone else delicate information willingly is illegal. Seller name BLUECHIP TECH, AKA BRONZE LLC, DE.

Quite a good value. But, should have a wireless keyboard and mouse, (I resued mine). And the screen as should be height adjustable. But otherwise, no issues. Very compact and capable. Like it a lot. After a while the w11 is much more complicated than my old w7, and the incessant ads popping up are incredibly annoying and interfere with production. I may have to go back to my old system for work. It may be slower but it gets the job done.

Overall, I’m very happy with this all-in-one desktop. The design is sleek and space-saving — it looks great on my desk and keeps things neat without a tangle of cables. The screen quality is excellent, bright, and crisp, and it handles everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and office work smoothly. The only downside is that it takes a little while to turn on. Once it’s up and running, it performs well, but the startup time is noticeably slower than I expected. Not a deal-breaker, just something to be aware of. Other than that, it’s a solid and reliable computer that offers great value for the price. I’d definitely recommend it for home or office use if you don’t mind waiting an extra minute to boot up.
