Huge bag that I use routinely for my bathtub soaks for relaxation! It dissolves easily in the water and I combine it with baking soda and mineral salts to help me relax. I believe this is a high quality clean magnesium product and would retro others who are interested in it to aid with their relaxation and recovery needs!

I usually use epsom salts at least twice a week. I have anxiety and that leads to a lot of tension on my muscles. I heard that the flakes can work a little better and I was pleased to see such a good amount for the price! I can't say I noticed MORE relief using the same amount as I usually use of the salts (roughly two cups, I eyeball it) but definitely the same at least which I'm very happy with. I will definitely repurchase!

This is my second time ordering this magnesium and it’s clean, pure and I really like it. Good quality. I’m giving 4 stars because it arrived opened and spilled in the box.. they should work on better sealing their bags so this doesn’t happen.

I’ve never used magnesium as a soak in the tub, but it does make you feel a lot better. I find out it made my skin feel a lot better.

Adding flakes instead of "Epsom salts" has been the best change I have made Now I really feel relaxed and I know it's not going to harm my kidneys
