Is there a blackmagic sfp for this unit?

We've used Ubiquiti Single Mode 10G LC SFP+ module and it works

Do i need two of these in order to convert the sdi signal at the source and at the receiving end to convert back to sdi?

That is correct, converter works either way, converting SDI to or from Fiber, so one converter at each end is needed. Insert appropriate fiber cable between the two to extend your SDI signal from source to destination.

What would I need to get the optical in/out to ST fiber connections?

This does not come with any SFP for the optical connection. Blackmagic and others sell them (there are different ones for 3G, 6G and 12G) but normally they are LC not ST fiber connections.
