5 Billion active CFU, more than many others. These are great and cost less. Definitely some of the best in the market!

Wary
I only took these for 3 days as I developed diarrhoea and stomach pains about an hour after taking the first one. Thinking it might settle down I took for a further 2 days. It didn't settle though and 3 weeks later am still not completely back to normal. Of course I cannot be sure if it was definitely caused by these or if it was a coincidence.
