Poorly constructed. You expect better quality when paying top dollar. There is virtually no sound of water even when sitting nearby .Very disappointed. It’s pretty to look at but expected to hear a soothing sound as per the video !Unless you are simply looking for zen like type of water feature with no sound of running water I would say buy something different than this unit! Very disappointed. Cannot recommend at all!

This is a HEAVY product to accept delivery, transfer to its final location, unpack, and put together. Recommend that you have at least two people at all times to carefully handle the larger pieces.Overall, it works quite well and the review that says you can't hear it is nonsense. When full, the water effect provides a nice lower-level sound that doesn't interfere with conversation and phone calls. We sit 15-20 feet away and have no problem hearing it. Do you want a large dripping fountain in your house? Get one of those multi-level outdoor fountains. Remember, the design of the fountain will determine how much water (in the event of a failure) you want in your house.Due to its design (a large slab of granite) the water is spread out over a large, flat surface. This accelerates evaporation and requires more periodic refilling. Of course, if you have a dry room, that may help. We started with running it during our waking hours. We now have a WYZE plug that we can run both the fountain and light off. It comes on at 0800ish, off at 1200; back on at 1900, and off at 2200. That gives you a few extra days on the current water supply.The water outlets in the wall require periodic maintenance, otherwise, you will have water on your floor. The pump (although they speak highly of their pumps) is junk. With less than 1/2 the water capacity, it starts to grind and throb; which significantly detracts from the "soothing water sound".I would not recommend this fountain.

I’m really pleased with the fountain, and give Kenroy high marks for customer service. I deducted one star because I have doubts about their quality control when shipping out their merchandise. My “first” fountain arrived with a relatively minor defect on the corner of the base, but was otherwise in great shape and didn’t leak. I contacted customer service about the defect, and they offered to send me a replacement fountain free of charge - and I was free to keep/discard the first fountain. Great! Unfortunately, the second fountain arrived with multiple obvious defects (3+) - and it leaked like a sieve! After contacting customer service again... they actually let me choose another fountain from their collection, which they sent to me free of charge - and I was feee to keep/discard the second fountain too. Long story short, after a littler repair work, I ended up with three fountains that I love for the price of one. So... nice fountains and great customer service, but I’m not too sure about their QC.

Came broken. Had to fix ourselves. Fountatin is very pretty, just hope you are handy and can tweak and make it work yourself.

The fountain came well packaged and on time, no items broken. We put it together and started it up, looked great !! After a couple of hours, we discovered it was leaking. Drained the fountain and took it apart. tried to return it and I guess they don't take any returns as I tried several times and would not let me complete the process. So we kept it, and repaired it ourselves. Works fine after we resealed the tank. Would have given five stars if hadn't leak.
