CHHFolding Mancala

We love this game, this is a nice wood folding board. The marbles are nice, there are bigger marbles that come with the set that really make it hard to keep all the beads in the holes, that's my only complaint. We have played for years and don't know if there is any point to the bigger marbles.

My daughter loves this game. It is a very relaxing bedtime game and easy to play. The wells are a bit shallow. To compensate for the smallness, we use only 3 stones instead of 4 stones per well. This means we have extra stones in case we lose any of them.

Nice quality little folding mancala set. a clasp to hold it shut would allow me to store the marbles safely inside the folded board and not have to bring them in a separate bag. I'd like to see that as a future design improvement.

The wood is good quality. It's nice that it folds for travel and has a bag a for jems. The box it came in is also very durable for storage. It would be nicer if holes where deeper or larger. The jems are very pretty.

I like that the board folds up, but it doesn't have any lock/strap/snap to keep it closed (however the joints are fairly stiff so this isn't a huge problem). Also, this being marketed as a "great travel game", I would've liked to see the pieces be contained within the folded board when not in use, but the pieces would be too big to do that and come in their own separate bag. My biggest complaint is that the pieces either need to be smaller or the holes need to be deeper to make it easier to play without getting the pieces mixed with neighboring holes.On the positive side, the board is smooth and quality seems to be pretty good. I don't hate it, but I probably wouldn't buy this particular board again.

The little rocks are slippery but I love the bright colors. The wood is a bit rough but nothing too bad. The cups could have been a bit deeper. It is relatively lightweight, so easy to tuck into a travel bag. We took this on a cruise, and am sure it saved us tons of money by keeping us out of the casino!

Such a fun game and this is a nice version of it. I specifically chose a travel version so it would be easier to store and this works very well for that purpose. The only downside is that the stones sometimes overflow the smaller bins as you play.

Great Game but the marbles are a bit too large for the wells.
