Fibre glass dust was present in the packing
This product is definitely not a value for money, the size is medium, and the versatility is questionable, as it is mostly plastic; on heating food in this container will result is large quantities of micro plastic and chemical to release in the food.The packing I received has huge amount of fibre glass dust which itself causes health hazar and it took hours to remove it.The built quality is very poor, the plastic seems fragile and the entire dome after fitting was unstable. If it were possible then i would rate it -5 out of 5. Worst product I have purchased from this company.

it's ok.
When the water condenses inside the container, it hides the view of the steamed items inside the container, hence hampering the presentability. Otherwise it's ok.

A good product..easy to use and of value for the money
AN INALSA FOOD STEAMER-GOURMET I bought from Amazon this month. It is a good product and I am fully satisfied with its performance. It is fairly easy to use and surely it is of good value for the money spent. I used it for steaming fish and the outcome was excellent. However, I have a couple of suggestions for improvement of the product in future.1. The water heating compartment capacity can be increased so that when one steams mutton for 50 minutes (as recommended), all the water will be evaporated and so the user has to fill up water. If the capacity is increased, the hassle of adding water in the middle of steaming can be avoided.2. The quality of the steaming basket can be improved a little bit by making it thicker/sturdy.
