Frist of all, thanks to Amazon on committed timey delivery. Not only for this time, I am a regular customer and I have not faced any problem regarding delivery from Amazon. Excellent product. Look, feel & quality is very good. I will suggest anyone to buy this product without any hesitation. To my knowledge in Indian brand Jaguar, Hindware, Perryware & recently Cera also playing in sanitary segment including their very good ceramic products. From all these four what I found in quality wise & price wise Hindware is best to select.

Perfect, but the knob when turned to put it on and off seems a bit loose and makes a sound, I guess its supposed to be that way, on the whole its working and am happy with the product.MikeToday the knob fell off and the plumber found the screw from the knob to the spindle was not tightened, that's why it was shaky initially and after use it fell off, its tightened and working OK, I am surprised that a reputed company like hindware don't have a quality check??!Mike

Friends , i first bought one Hindware kitchen tap .. please check (https://www.amazon.in/gp/customer-reviews/R2IY0C25UWN8WF/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B00IRY7Q94 ). that started leaking just in one year.. Then i bought this one with the hope of better one that previous one.. But in this one i got problems..... the handle is coming with my hand while twist.. (no screws for this to tighten .. so don't think you can fix this by tightening the screw ..see the video you will understand) just in one week. The Tap is not lengthy enough to wash utensils.. we have bend very close to reach the tap.. But no leaks and it is sturdy.. but still has issues.. The designers of this taps should use this first and find the issues before making them into the market. Make the customer happy , your products will reach easy..

Update after using for 1.5 years.The tap broke in almost 1 year. The handle fell down and it is impossible to fix it. The spindle (tap on-off part) and the tap is of good quality. Its working without any issues. But the inside of handle corroded in almost 1 year. Never expected this from a big brand. Local brands installed in the house are 20+ years old and they work without breaking a sweat. (Note: I never tried to contact them for warranty as I feel its not worth the hassles. I don't want to replace it every year. Bought a premium PVC tap at 1/3rd the price)I would suggest to refrain from buying this tap as most of the reviews here are freshly added. Only a few are updated after several months of use. I believe they are all complaining about the same thing. Handle fell down.!
