Honestly speaking, these didn’t do much for me. Maybe you need to take these for a really long time for these to work. I’ll tell you what worked for me though; all bran cereal with cold/cool milk without any sugar in the morning after coffee. Your bowel movements will be fixed. Try lactose free milk or almond milk if you’re lactose intolerant. I’m mentioning all this because I know what it’s like to be constipated and I want to share what worked for me.
