I ve been using it for almost an year now this is a very good multivitamin but high iodine content in it can cause hyperthyroidism daily requirement of iodine for a normal person is 140mg which can can be easily obtained from a normal diet but its one tablet alone has 150 mg iodine which is too much and can cause hyperthyroidism if taken regularly with normal diet

Honestly speaking I was a bit confused before purchasing with so many negative reviews about expiry and stuff. But to my surprise my package turned out well. I received the product of manufacturing Dec-2019 and since expiry is after 18 months. It would be expired around June 2021. But I use 1 tablet a day and should be use it well before time of expiry. Coming it looks like a normal tablet. It was not breaking like the reviews suggested. So I'd say the quality was on par. I use this along with the fish tablet daily. Where I use 1 tablet of this and 2 fish tablets. I don't feel much different after having using for past 3 days. I thought I felt a bit energetic on the first day then it slowly felt Normal from day 2 onward 😅
