Plantronics Backbeat 105 Wireless Headphone (Black)

This product is awesome. It very comfortable in the ear no matter how you use it, have a battery back up of 7 hours of music. The best part is this thing vibrate when there is a incoming call in the phone, also the range is superb work across the walls as well that too from a decent distance.

Extremely dissatisfied with this. Very poor sound quality. It actually echos inside and at time you hear other voices like a robot. That bad inear speakers. Initially I thought I got a defective piece and requested for a replacement and even the replacement had the same issues. Samsung level U which 1k lesser in price is far better than this.

let me come straight to the point :1. it is very comfortable compared to rest of neckbands. Weight is almost nil. Super comfortable.2. Battery is around 6 hours.3. Charging time is 1.5 hoursCons':1. led light is very small. U wont see it until u go close to the headset.2. speakers are okay. Audio quality is average. No bass. Mids are over powering. Good for calling but not good for listening music.3. Don't go by reviews written above. People have habit of exaggerating things a bit.conclusion: if u want a headset which u will wear all day for calling and moderate music, this is perfect for you because comfort level is exceptional. But if u r college student like me u wont like the audio quality not even a bit.

I am using this for the past 5 months. I will rate it as Good, with respect to sound quality & ease of use. But last week suddenly one of the ear buds (left) stopped working. Tried correcting it, but couldn't. Don't know what went wrong. Very Disappointed.However, later I contacted the Customer Service & I should say this... The response was very prompt & awesome. The moment I complained about the issue, they helped duly & replaced the defective Ear phone with a New one. Highly Appreciate...

Good product... So far so good. Audio clear. Call quality good. Very Comfortable. Build quality good but wish there were flat wires still it is great...

Waste of money..don't buy this product.. within one year inside it handicapped 3 times, they replaced 3 times, but after warranty period within 3 months it's damaged once again & now they are unable to do anything. Sound quality is very good but built quality is totally fail. I'll not recommend anyone to buy this.

I bought in this product in month of jan, in july ear inputs stopped working and i immediately contacted toll free number of plantronics customer care and they guided me to nearest service centre"Rashi peripherals" in banglore...i couried my injured headphones and believe me they immediately replaced with new one and also couriered to my home without further questions....awsome service by plantronics Rashi peripherals

Dopo aver speso una considerevole cifra per queste cuffie le ho utilizzate per 2 mesi tutti i giorni ma non funzionano bene l'audio delle chiamate a volte funziona e a volte si sente la voce metallica, presentano un ritorno della propria voce nelle cuffie a volte dato che hanno inserito il microfono nell'archetto questo viene coperto dagli indumenti che uno indossa e l'interlocutore ti sente lontano.Prodotto con difetti di produzione da non acquistare.Oltretutto indossandolo tutti i giorni si e rotto una parte dell'archetto ore rimane a penzoloni collegato solo dal filo.Ora ho comprato delle cuffie della Bose simili ma in negozio almeno sono sicuro di avere l'assistenza post vendita, dato che Amazon ti permette di restituire il prodotto entro 30 gg e dopo sono problemi tuoi.

Producto no recomendable por d calidad/precio. Yo los he devuelto. Mal sonido y en el manos libres se oye muy mal y hay cortes de conexión. Tuve que pagar los portes de devolución. Vendedor no recomendable, no le compraré más, bloqueado.

Habe 2 Headsets zum Vergleich da gehabt. Mich interessierte bei diesem gerät vor Allem die Rauschunterdrückung beim Sprechen (Noise Canceling), da ich das Gerät oft draußen zum Telefonieren einsetze.Doch der extrem blecherne Klang (Musik zu hören ist eine Strafe damit...) hat mich dazu veranlasst, dieses Gerät zurück zu schicken.

以前からこの商品を使っておりバッテリーが寿命を迎えたようなので同じものを購入。届いた時電源が入らずバッテリーが空っぽなのがわかりすぐ充電。充電後使用するがスペックの８時間どころか２時間もたない。何度充電しなおしても同じ。あまりにも在庫期間が長かったようでバッテリーが死んでいる様です。そんな商品売っちゃだめです。マイクの性能もよく携帯着信でバイブレーション付きだったので非常に重宝しましたがもう手に入らないと諦めました。
