No, it's one disk. The master chief collection is simply all of the mentioned games together in one platform. You launch the game and you will see that you have the option of playing any of them in a completely remade format (graphics and audio are 100% better, you will not be disappointed). Do keep in mind though that since it is so many games together, the download is HUGE and the updates are also HUGE.

More than likely the one you mentioned is listed in the section where other people are selling them “new or used”. The ones I found at your price you mentioned were used. Which is not a bad thing. About ninety nine percent of my movies and games I buy used. It’s cheaper and I’ve had no issues with them. As long their description says what’s wrong (or that nothing is wrong with it) then you know what you’re getting. (Great game by the way, you get halo 1-4 and they’ve been restored. Halo 1 looks amazing compared to the original Xbox version)

Does this game include halo 3 odst still now on 2018 if i were to buy it ?

It does not, it only includes halo 1 and 2 which have been graphically improved and then 3 and 4. It is basically 4 games in one.
