Terrible product!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! I really don't know why on earth, Mama earth calls this a charcoal face wash!! Seriously??? Is this what you call charcoal???? Where the hell is charcoal??? Doesn't feel or smell like charcoal at all!! The product looks light transparent grey in color. I suspect that some artificial color has been mixed to make it look like charcoal. My skin started itching like hell!! Worsened my acne. Not much of foam also and doesn't feel like a face wash. You don't feel clean at all. Needless to say, the smell is even more horrible. Even detergents and toilet cleaners smell better. This face wash is not worth even a single penny. Our traditional face washes like besan/green gram powders are far more superior to be even compared this piece of crap! Pathetic product. If you have acne prone skin, don't even think of purchasing this in your wildest dreams!
