Size 40 is really good quality and fabric but size 42 is terrible quality and fabric. A huge difference. If you have to buy size 40 then go ahead without hesitation

Good doctors' coat
It would have been better to also have half sleeve coats. Most doctors wear it on top if their uniform. The ends could easily get dirty.We got large size; however, that was like XL. So we had to rework on size with tailor. We also checked measurements of Medium size and that appeared too small.
