Wilwood260-15091 Master Cylinder

This is seemingly a good quality product but is only a 1.2" stroke. I needed ~1.4", so this was not sufficient for me.

This product was replacement for one I had and worked just like it should.

Well built piece for a hydraulic clutch setup. 3/4" bore. Can't go wrong with wilwood. No complaints.

One major issue with this. If you allow the plunger to return to the starting position it will release all pressure in the lines. Took me hours of bleeding to figure out why my pedal wasn't getting hard. Once I realized what was happening I simply adjusted the plunger so it always has a little pressure on it. I still do lose pressure overnight so pumping is necessary each drive.

After opening it and going to install it I noticed it was a little odd, so I hooked it up to my hand brake and pulled back on the lever and the rod fail out and some other stuff, I couldn’t find all the parts that came out so I had to throw it in the trash. I wasn’t going to write a review but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. I’ll have to use another brand or find one that will work.
