I purchased the middle tier - Pro. That's only good for 12 months. The renewal is over $70/yr plus you need to purchase credits to use the one-click features. For example, every time u want to reset the oil monitor with the one-click feature, it costs $2.79 EACH time. I needed Grox (AI) just to understand the screens. Zero on screen help. I'm not an automotive mechanic but I've worked on my own vehicles for 40 yrs. There's no option to pay a one time fee. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to use the ODB-eleven as soon as I received it so the 30 days return window closed so im stuck with it. I plan to buy the Ross-Tech VCDS for $200 which covers 3 vehicles. No subscription.
