LG 687 L Frost Free Inverter Linear Side-By-Side 5 Star Refrigerator Appliance (Gc-B247Sluv, Platinum Silver Iii, Multi Air Flow)

Its only few days and so far the initial impressions is great. Also after some small hiccups on the installation part, I contacted LG directly and they sent the Engineer for Installation and Demo in the same day afternoon. It was good experience on the installation and demo part.On the fridge, I expected it to be little bigger in size going by the 655L volume. However, good to see it is compact and not oversized. One side is normal fridge and the other full side is deep freezer. We can set the temperature separately for both the sides. Also due to inverter feature it consumes less electricity overall although it is a 3 Star rating fridge.Will share more details after few weeks of using it.

The refrigerator is just awesome very nice product by LG.

The product is fantastic, very robust and spacious, cooling is good , easy to use, ice tray is rather small.However the seller is misrepresenting the price as 122000, and showing a higher discount than it is, it's morally incorrect, though for the price is got it, it was a good buy, but still misrepresentation of this sort doesn't bode well and Amazon should take action on this as false advertising.

PRODUCT per se is EXCELLENT- KUDOS TO MANUFACTURER LG. THEIR SERVICE IS ALSO TOP NOTCH.PURCHASING EXPERIENCE RUINED by appalling & disgusting services rendered by AmazonProduct was delivered by Amazon within specified time. No issues on this part of the deal.But no coordination whatsoever from Amazon for installation & product demonstration by LG.Amazon keeps sent false & misleading information about installation date & time & ultimately even after speaking to their Customer service over 8 times they fail to give any date & time appointment when they keep stating that their normal time is 2 working days after product delivery.AMAZON HAS THE WORST NON- EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE- AVOID SPEAKING TO THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE ALL UTTERLY USELESS HAVING NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS & HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO DO ANY MANUAL INTERVENTION TO RESOLVE ISSUES CREATED BY THEMFROM INCEPTION BUT KEEP ADMITTING THEIR FAULT VERBALLY( REFUSING TO PUT IN WRITING) EVEN AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL Ultimately we as customers resolved the issue promptly by calling LG directly & getting installation done the same day, which Amazon was supposed to do in the first instance as per order terms placed with them. SO MUCH FOR AMAZON's so called systems & processes which are nothing but bureaucratic paperwork totally non customer friendly. They JUST COULDN'T CARE LESS & truly believe customers are beggars and even talking to their management people brings no succour nor support, forget about any problem resolution.FOR anyone wishing to purchase high value appliances from Amazon our advice is DON'T- forget them.BOTTOM LINE-Go to one of the retail chains in your town-purchase the product of your liking & call the product manufacturer directly to fix your installation appointment. To maintain your sanity stay away from Amazon for such purchases- they are only fit to provide cheaper low value goods.

Good performance. Spacious room space.One side freezer and other side normal fridge. Silent and smooth performance

It's an excellent product, worth every penny. The storage capacity, efficient cooling, and side by side door design make it a top choice for families. The build quality is top notch. Unfortunately, the delivery through DELHIVERY was not smooth. I had to raise two complaints before receiving the refrigerator, which was delayed by three days from the scheduled delivery time.Otherwise everything was on point.

Excellent space inside but a bit unusual set of racks. Outside colour is depressing and it is very easy to create scratches outside. Purchased at a great price point at less than 50k after exchange and EMI discount.
