Full points for delivery. Delivered in one day in original box. Installed within 24 hours of delivery. Free installation by Godrej but they will charge you if old lock is to be removed. Lock looks solid and robust. Just got fitted today. Will have to wait for issues, if any, later.

Good product by amazon and godrej but service is so poor from Godrej, no installation service provided by godrej, though the price is included in the cost of the product. The customer care does not respond.

Great lock
I'm grateful that Godrej makes this model available. I had the same lock on my front door, but it fell apart. It was at least 11 years old. Maybe much older. Being able to replace it with the identical model made installation very easy. The technician sent from Godrej in Pondicherry, Mr. Prem Kumar, installed the new lock very quickly. I hope Godrej will continue to manufacture this good lock.
