I wished I bought this years ago
I wished I had bought this earlier! It does what it says and gives the same effect as having it done in a salon. I had microneedling done in Harley Street a few years ago and that was hard to keep up financially. This pen does exactly the same thing and the best part is, I'm in control! You need to get a good numbing cream though and prep the face properly. Otherwise, you run the risk of infection or lots of pain. I'm just so happy that I can now do this myself at home. I can even plump the lips! There are various videos on Youtube to guide you so have no fear. Start with 0.5 and as you gain more confidence, go deeper! Leave sufficient time between sessions to allow recovery and I just can't wait for my next session. So far, no problem with the instrument. It is sturdy and easy to use. It comes with only 2 cartridges and I've since bought another 10. All in all, brilliant item and I can't rave enough of it.

Not as good as normal a6 cartridges. It does not work well with fluid on the surface of the skin (ha). It does not puncture the skin as intended either.

Cartridges are faulty and dont stay in the device. So i cant even use them as they just pop off the device! Very disappointing
