This is very good product in ovens compare to other brands but only the draw back is LG is not providing users manual this find very difficult to new users to operate the oven It is value for money , Heat level is very good , For chicken fry, fish fry must see the cooking recepie book to cook if not may be spoil the taste Design and look is very good for kitchen, Function wise is good but we must reffer the user manual After sale service must check

So disappointed! Wasn’t expecting much but I can only use it for basic microwaving. 1) There are very few accessories that came with package, no rotisserie griller. 2) There is no manual or instruction book for how to use the grill or diet fry. They only sent a safety manual. . 3) Microwave power cord is too small, the microwave by itself is pretty heavy for one person to lift. I had to hold it in air for a while for someone to try plug-in to the slot. This is a two person job almost to install in a modularized kitchen slot. 4) Dimensions aren’t as accurate, they seem a few cms bigger than what’s listed. Fortunately I have a big enuf microwave slot and I checked before buying but there is very little gap left. Their safety manual has a lot of detail about how much gap there should be but nothing is listed on Amazon product listing page. 5) Other issues I can live by but for the price, this isn’t delivering the build quality. The finishing quality on the outside isn’t so asthetic. It leaves finger marks on basic touch NOTE: I used the tray that came with the microwave and used diet fry mode set to lowest df1, and there was lots of smoke that came out of the microwave in the first 10 seconds of cooking. Without the manual I am not even sure if I took any missteps. I am afraid if the diet mode is faulty because with Air fryers there is no such heavy smoke. I want to post a picture but afraid to try this again. Edit: Realized this was delivered broken in the first place. Added picture. This is so risky. Make sure to check all areas inside before you plugin. There was lots of smoke on first use of diet fryer and this could have easily caught fire. The waves could be harmful if they leaked.
