NEDU 011713 Magnetic Switch
NEDU 011713 Magnetic Switch for power tools. Operates as it should. Press and release 'On' button to start. Press 'Off' for fast stop. This same model switch is used in numerous power tool types and brands such as Hitachi, Ryobi, Dewalt, etc. Match your part number to this one for proper application, in my case, a Ryobi Table Saw.

So many Metabo switch choices
My Metabo table saw would only stay running if you held the start button in. My original switch was 011713 and none of the choices matched. My saw is a Metabo hpt C 10rj (s). Switch 371450 worked as a replacement. I hope this helps someone.

Compatible with C10RJSM
Have a 2 year old C10RJSM table saw that died (wouldn’t turn on), and the switch had a burnt electrical smell. Called Metabo customer service and they confirmed that this part is compatible with the C10RJSM model. Bought this switch, it was super easy to replace, and now the saw works good as new.

Check the wires- it's different, but works when done correctly.
Works great- but it's wired differently. See my pictures for the right way to wire it. The new one comes numbered 1,2,3,4,7,8. To wire it correctly, replicate the original switch, except switch the grey and the brown wires. Hope that helps. In my case, it wasn't actually a problem with the switch, but rather the heat sink/slow start. Once I wired in a new one, it worked great.

Switch is labeled ambiguously
There is a schematic of the switch printed on the side. In the schematic the terminals are numbered. Also there are numbers printed on each side next to each terminal. However the two sets of numbers, the ones on the schematic aren't the same as the ones printed on the switch.Maybe this is why it was cheap. The site gives a technical support link for Hitachi overall for their very large line of products sold all over the world, etc. No links for things like switches or US locations than I can find. This is anything but a support option. More like gaming the system. It is a low price though. Maybe the fact the numbers don't match explains why.
