Golden dragon knife

Had to return.
There's an odd blemish in the middle of the handle, like it was undergoing a chemical treatment and someone didn't blow out the bubbles.Also the entire thing felt oily, I'd call it left-over polish, but the blade is so scuffed-up out if the box, it's hard to believe someone took the time to appraise this blade before it was shipped out.
